refactor(worklog): consolidate git commands into script
- Move all git context gathering into extract-metrics.sh - Script now outputs: branch, status, commits, files, lines - Remove redundant Helper Scripts entry - Semantic compression refs already removed in previous commit 98 -> 88 lines (-10%)
